employees. Training and development is the
tool to start the process of accomplishing those goals.
Training activities focus on the skills and knowledge required to perform a
job or task or to improve upon the performance of a current job or task. Training is appropriate when skills and knowledge
are missing and the individual has the willingness to learn. ACS develops, facilitates and monitors training in
adherence to the legal and regulatory factors of training.

like customer service. This can deal with
internal and external customers, as well as internal and external vendors.

tolerant of other cultures and perspectives. This
can include sexual harassment prevention, diversity training, AIDS awareness, etc.
