Mission
Andrews Consulting Services has a mission to provide
clients with a plan to increase their internal and external images to the best in
the business. By providing the most
optimal employment environment possible, clients will establish and maintain an image of
the best place to work. When
employees combine the pride of being a part of the best team with the necessary customer
service and employment skills, clients will enhance a reputation of being the best
place of its type to patronize.
Plan
Andrews Consulting Services relationship with a client is designed to enhance and
maintain a reputation of being both the best employer in town, and the best place to be a
customer in that business. Both parts of that
equation are necessary. Once a plan is
established with the client, Andrews Consulting will develop and facilitate training for
employees to reinforce and develop the skills necessary to reach those goals.
Teaching
existing employees to understand goals and continually develop skills will not only
benefit the client, but will endure employees to be proud of a relationship with the
client organization providing those opportunities. Pride
in the client organization is a typical result of employees gaining knowledge and
experience.
Teaching newly hired
employees corporate expectations, and providing skills necessary to function as a
productive member of the team is essential to the success of an organization. Enhancing employees knowledge in the
companys mission, skills necessary to work together, and customer service skills
will not only benefit the company in having the best employees available, but allow those
employees to make the company the best place to be a customer.
Andrews Consulting develops and delivers training on a regular basis to enhance the
ability of leaders to lead and gives their employees the ability to deliver results
consistent with the goals of the client organization.
Process
Andrews Consulting and the client will strategically plan a process
to orient new employees to the clients system.
We will develop initial skills, and a process to systematically train leaders
of the organization to lead employees in the chosen direction. Training for new employees will be conducted on a
monthly basis, while leaders and existing employees will develop and enhance skills on a
quarterly basis. Andrews
Consulting will develop and facilitate developmental sessions as the client organization
and Andrews Consulting deem necessary.
Services
In
order to accomplish its mission, Andrews Consulting will provide client organizations a
variety of services. All services include either developing programs client organizations
can administer, or programs Andrews Consulting will administer as a continued service to
the client
