ACS
offers a full range of employment procedures. We
train supervisory employees to enhance their interviewing and employment skills. We recommend procedures in the interviewing
process to eliminate discrimination, illegal questions, illegal treatment, and greatly
reduce poor judgement calls. ACS recruits and
interviews prospective employees at the request of the client. Detailed notes and recommendations of hire are
shared with the client.
Open
Positions
- ACS recommends, writes and places newspaper advertisements upon request of the client. The ads are designed to client specifications. ACS also places postings of positions in
prominent, local places such as trade schools, associations, colleges, high schools, etc.
Screening
- ACS pre-screens applicants based on clients recommendations. This will include pre-employment testing, drug
testing, criminal history investigations, credit investigations, personality testing, etc.
Reference
Checking/Background Research
- ACS checks references on prospective employees. This
includes previous employment verification, personal references (upon request), and any
other screening tests required by the client.
Recommendations
- ACS provides a recommendation of hire or not hire of an applicant based upon
characteristics such as employment history, qualifications, abilities, references, etc.
Offer
- ACS sends each new-hire a letter of offer. The
letter will list applicants name, address, social security number, start date, pay rate,
benefit package, at will employment disclosure, and any other information desired by
